VINCI Airports teams celebrate the opening of the new direct air route between Monterrey International Airport, Mexico, and Paris.

This new transatlantic route is operated three times a week by Aeroméxico using Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. It offers direct access to the French capital for both business and leisure travelers and contributes to the development of tourism, economic exchange, and international mobility.

This flight offer illustrates VINCI Airports' strategy to support the development of long-haul routes, strengthening the international reach of the airports in its network.

“The new direct Monterrey–Paris route reinforces Monterrey International Airport’s role as the main air hub in northern Mexico. This connection with Europe not only expands international connectivity options but also positions Nuevo León as a strategic gateway for tourism, business, and investment between both continents”,  said Ricardo Dueñas, CEO of OMA Aeropuertos.

At the beginning of the year, the announcement of this new connection was presented to European media and tourism stakeholders in Paris, in coordination with the Mexican embassy in France, as part of actions aimed at promoting the development of international connectivity at Monterrey Airport.

VINCI Airports, as the leading private airport operator in the world, manages the development and operation of more than 70 airports located in 14 countries.
