VINCI Airports once again rewarded for its quality of service by the ACI
- In Mexico, three airports are distinguished in the five categories of the ACI ASQ awards ;
- In Hungary, Budapest Airport is named the best airport in Europe for the second year in a row ;
- These distinctions demonstrate VINCI Airports' commitment to offering the best passenger experience in a context of strong traffic recovery.
Four airports in the VINCI Airports network are ranked this year among the best in the world in their category in terms of quality of service in the ACI (Airport Council International) Airport Service Quality ranking. A global reference in airport service quality, this ASQ Awards ranking rewards airports that have obtained the best passenger satisfaction scores through surveys conducted directly in terminals around the world.
This new international distinction for VINCI Airports illustrates the expertise and commitment of its teams, year after year and in different geographies, to place passenger satisfaction at the heart of its priorities in terms of airport operations and its ability to innovate to continually improve the quality of service.
Just two years after joining the VINCI Airports network, and for their first participation in the ASQ Awards, Monterrey, Chihuahua and Mazatlan, three international airports operated in Mexico by OMA, are winners in the five categories of the award: best airport, most committed teams, simplest airport experience, most pleasant airport, cleanest airport and best airport for arrivals.
Budapest Airport, for the second year in a row, has been named the best airport in Europe in the 15-25 million passenger category.
