Salvador Bahia Airport is the most punctual airport in the World this July
Salvador Bahia Airport, part of the VINCI Airports network, achieved a significant position by being recognized as the most punctual airport in the world during the month of July 2023, according to the evaluation of CIRIUM – a leader in data for the aviation industry. The airport in the capital of Bahia won the first position in the category that covers the movement of 5 to 15 million passengers per year.
In a total of 4,979 operations in the month of July, the airport reached a rate of 90.17% of punctual departures. In addition, it obtained a rate of 92.75% of flights tracked, which indicates a rigorous monitoring of flights, and with route coverage that encompassed a total of 32 destinations.
